Welcome to Bloom Pilates! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By booking a session with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

  • Bloom Pilates provides Pilates classes and related fitness services.

  • All bookings and payments are managed via ClassFit. By booking through ClassFit, you also agree to their Terms of Service.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All class bookings must be made online through ClassFit.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least [insert required hours/days] before the class start time.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than [X hours] before class or failure to attend will be charged in full.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, you may reschedule within the allowed cancellation window.

  • If a class is canceled by Bloom Pilates, you will receive a full refund or class credit.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of exercising.

  • If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, you must consult a doctor before attending a class.

  • Bloom Pilates and its instructors are not responsible for injuries sustained during or after sessions.

  • You agree to exercise at your own risk and follow instructor guidelines for safe practice.

5. Liability Waiver

  • By booking and attending a class, you voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity.

  • Bloom Pilates, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after a session.

6. Membership & Class Packages

  • If you purchase a membership or package, sessions must be used within the validity period.

  • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • In the event of injury or medical conditions preventing participation, please contact us to discuss potential extensions.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times toward instructors and fellow participants.

  • Arrive on time for class. If you are more than [X] minutes late, you may not be permitted to join.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to our policies.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
