Liability Waiver & Disclaimer

By participating in any class, session, or event offered by Bloom Pilates ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Waiver & Disclaimer.
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
Pilates and other fitness activities involve physical exertion and movement that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Muscle strains, sprains, or soreness

Joint injuries or ligament damage

Cardiovascular incidents
-
Loss of balance leading to falls
By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:

You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity at your own risk.

You are in good health and have no medical condition that prevents you from safely participating.

You will follow all instructor guidance to reduce the risk of injury.
2. Medical Disclaimer

Our classes and instructors do not provide medical advice.

If you have an existing injury, illness, pregnancy, or any medical condition, consult your doctor before participating.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a session, stop immediately and seek medical assistance if needed.

You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during training.
Bloom Pilates is not liable for any injury, health complications, or adverse effects arising from participation in our classes.
3. Release of Liability
By booking and attending a class, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Bloom Pilates, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to:

Personal injury or illness resulting from participation

Damage to personal property during class sessions

Accidents occurring before, during, or after class
This waiver applies to all classes conducted in-person, online, or at any third-party venue.
4. Parental Consent (For Participants Under 18)

If a participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before participation.

The parent/guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation, including any risks and injuries.
5. Cancellation Due to Health & Safety

Bloom Pilates reserves the right to deny participation to anyone showing signs of illness or injury that may pose a risk to themselves or others.

We may cancel or reschedule a class for health and safety reasons, including venue issues or instructor availability.
6. Indemnification
By participating in our classes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom Pilates and its representatives from any claims, damages, legal fees, or expenses resulting from:

Your actions or negligence during a session

Failure to disclose any medical conditions or injuries

Any misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions
7. Photography & Media Release

We may take photos or videos during classes for promotional use.

By attending, you grant us permission to use your image for marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing before your session.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and attending a class, you confirm that you:

Accept the risks involved in participating in Pilates and fitness activities.

Release Bloom Pilates from any liability as outlined above.
